Solution

Leveraging Napkyn Magic, our proprietary platform designed to deploy and optimize Google products across brands at speed and with 100% accuracy, our team completed all aspects of the implementation including QA within 3 weeks.

Leveraging Napkyn Magic, our proprietary platform designed to deploy and optimize Google products across brands at speed and with 100% accuracy, our team completed all aspects of the implementation including QA within 3 weeks.

Results
  • 48 Google Analytics (GA4) properties configured in a few minutes, including:

    • 54 custom dimensions,

    • 6 custom conversion events, 

    • 12 channels in a custom group, and 

    • 10 custom reports in every property.

  • 300 hours of deployment work in the UI saved

  • 500+ hours of QA testing saved, and counting

  • 21 Google Tag Manager containers configured with server-side mappings, including:

    • 5 subdomains linked for first-party cookies,

    • 3 distributed Google Cloud Run services with a global load balancer, and

    • 64 implemented server-side tags for Google Enhance Conversions and Meta CAPI

    • All running through privacy/consent management settings and ready to support tens of millions of events each hour of Black Friday.
